there r 2 grnds in 8086 bcoz it takes in alotta power so d grnd pins act as sinks, secondly it is easier to design it this way as d bottom most pin neednt b connected to d grnd ryt on top... it can simply b connected to d lower grnd pin thus reducing d complexity :)
